FormのデータをaxiosやjQuery.ajaxで送信する

画面上のHTMLのformの内容をajaxで送信したいです。

axiosやjQuery.ajaxは送信するデータにFormDataを渡してやるとフォームの内容を送信してくれる。

ファイルも送信できる。
